Refund policy


Cancel order:

Orders are usually sent within 24 hours.

If your order has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to assist you to cancel the order.



If you want to cancel your order, please send a refund cancellation request via email, support@sporal.us

Your cancellation request must include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name and email address of the order



Please note; due to privacy and security considerations, we can only process cancellation requests sent to us via refund (support@sporal.us)

Cancellation requests cannot be submitted via phone, social media or other email addresses.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same state as when it was received.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Nonreturnable content:

  • Seasonal goods
  • Private or hygiene products
  • Health and personal care products
  • Refund is overdue or lost

If you have not received a refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank or PayPal balance again (the transaction may have been delayed).
Please contact your credit card company (your refund may take some time to be officially released because they may take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund).
Contact your bank (check the processing time before posting the refund).
